License & Acceptable Use

1. What this document is

This License & Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") summarizes the rules for using KaryaFlow™ and points to the legally binding documents that govern your use. The full terms of service remain the authoritative agreement.

2. License to use KaryaFlow™

Subject to your continued compliance with our Terms of Service and this AUP, KaryaFlow Technologies Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the KaryaFlow™ platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

3. Things you must not do

You may not use KaryaFlow™ to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, related systems, or other customers' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the platform, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without our written consent.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or use the platform to facilitate phishing or social-engineering attacks.

4. Account and security responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for the actions of anyone you invite to your workspace, and for ensuring that any integrations you configure are authorized by the relevant third party.

5. AI agent usage

AI agents operate under your account and within the permissions you grant them. You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, and data you provide to agents, and for reviewing their outputs before relying on them in production workflows.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KaryaFlow™ if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP or our Terms of Service. Where practical, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to cure.

7. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@karyaflowhq.com.

8. Full agreement

This AUP is a summary for convenience. The authoritative terms governing your use of KaryaFlow™ are our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. Read the Terms of Service.
