Data Deletion Instructions

1. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@karyaflowhq.com from the address on your KaryaFlow account, or tell us the phone number we message you on. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

For an organisation, this deletes its projects with their contacts, conversations, templates, campaigns and media, its members' accounts, and the Meta access tokens for its connected WhatsApp numbers and ad accounts.

2. Remove KaryaFlow from Facebook

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find Karyaflow Technologies and choose Remove.

This stops KaryaFlow from using your Facebook access. To delete what we already hold, also email us as above. A workspace admin can also disconnect Meta Ads under Integrations in KaryaFlow Connect.

3. What we keep

A contact's WhatsApp opt-in and opt-out history is kept until its project is deleted, even when the contact is deleted, so that an opt-out is never forgotten. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
